Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At BlueMonday, we strive to deliver the highest quality design services to our clients. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may occur. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Project Cancellation: If the Client decides to cancel the project before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued.

  • Failure to Deliver: If BlueMonday fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the specified timeline without prior communication or agreement on an extension, the Client may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Quality Issues: If the final deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards as outlined in the project brief, the Client may request a revision. If the issues persist, a partial refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If the Client changes their mind after the project has commenced or after the work has been delivered.

  • Scope Changes: If the Client requests additional work beyond the original project scope, and the changes are not agreed upon in writing.

  • Delayed Feedback: If delays are caused by the Client’s failure to provide timely feedback or required materials.

4. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request to veronacreativest@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables. The request should include:

  • A detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request.

  • Any supporting documentation or evidence related to the claim.

5. Refund Determination and Processing

Once a refund request is received, BlueMonday will review the case and determine the eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was originally used by the Client.

6. Finality of Refunds

Once a refund has been processed and issued, it is considered final. The Client agrees to cease using any materials, designs, or deliverables associated with the refunded project.
